We offer a return policy for any items you wish to return in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Return Policy. You may return any unopened product to us within 15 days of receipt of the product in exchange for any other product of your choice of comparable value. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD’s. Third party billing on returned merchandise is strictly NOT ACCEPTED.
If for some reason, you receive items that arrive with extensive damage, please call a Customer Care Representative immediately at the Customer Support number listed on this site. If you would like to return a product for exchange or replacement, please email our customer support at: email@example.com for a return request.
If you choose to return an item for exchange, please email us and provide as many details as possible, including your original ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return and tell us which product you wish to exchange your product for. If the return is approved, you will receive additional further instructions on shipping the product back to us. IHL will pay for any replacement product chosen by you in an exchange of the product you are returning and exchanging.
In the case of damaged merchandise being received, we simply request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise in your email request for returning the items. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps in an attempt to save you the time of returning the items. You can reach us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request.
Upon emailing or calling us, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and this will be required to send your items back. Postmarked within the 3-Day window, the RMA number needs to be written clearly on the exterior of the package. Without this number, our shipping department will disregard the package altogether.
Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be retuned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. DO NOT send items back in regular envelop, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail as the envelops fail. Padded envelops are a minimum as a means of packaging, however, cardboard boxes are preferred and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Priority Mail.
Contact us by email at email@example.com to inquire about submitting a RMA. Please get approval from the agent to send the item back before submitting it. We may email you after you submit the Return in any attempts of troubleshooting. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate which replacement product should be sent to you.

Packages marked with labels such as “Return to Sender” or “Refused” or any such similar language will not be accepted. We do not, and will not accept any returns, nor issue any refunds on packages of this nature. An RMA number prior to returning is required. Upon returning an item, we strongly encourage proof of shipment, for record-keeping, as well as in the event something unfortunate occurs.
Once your returned item reaches us, and it is shown to bear a valid RMA number, the replacement item of your choice will be sent to you within 2 business days of us receiving your return.
Shipping and handling charges are not covered by IHL in regards to returns. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is not pre-paid and can be returned postal service of your choice.
Promotional Term & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
